First on our ‘beat the heat’ list is Aishwarya Rai Bachchan at the Jazbaa premiere. She wore this Monisha Jaising, maxi kaftan that was a part of the fall 2015 collection. But hey, the light color and fabric works splendidly for the heat, doesn’t it, especially this sudden October heat that hits all of us before winter? She’s paired it with Dior shoes and we love the little bit of leg she’s giving us. Her look is styled by Aastha Sharma.
Next on our list is Sophie Choudry in a Maje fringe dress and Valentino rockstuds. She was also attending the Jazbaa premiere. It’s cute and looks great on her toned physique.
And then, of course, we’ve got Malaika Arora Khan as the ice princess. Yeah, it’s kind of ironic for this heat, but it literally looks like that Elio Abou Fayssal gown is made of tiny snowflakes. That’s one way to keep cool, isn’t it? She wore this look for the Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 8 finale shoot. And umm… this doesn’t come as a surprise. The multi-faceted mommy and her stylist, Maneka Harisinghani have quite the penchant for white.
Last, but not least… we’ve got Alia Bhatt. She’s wearing white in the edgiest way I’ve seen it done, in a while. Ami Patel has styled her in Sophyine & Co. for a long day of interviews. She posted this picture on Instagram yesterday. The best way to pair an androgynous, structured two-piece is with a top knot and oxfords.
