We love a good celebrity sighting. But we don’t mean the usual Emmys, Grammys, Oscars and other award functions. We particularly love when all the VIPs and stars come out in honour of a good and noble cause. And yesterday, one global campaign brought together stars out from the East and West. Arjun Kapoor, Sunidhi Chauhan, Kajol, Freida Pinto, Michelle Obama, Beyoncé, Salma Hayek, Ed Sheeran, Jay-Z, Usher, Kerry Washington, Katie Holmes and Ariana Grande were some of the stars who attended the festival.
What was it exactly that brought together all these mega names in the business?
Chime for Change: a campaign founded by Gucci to raise funds and awareness for girl and women empowerment. Pretty powerful, right? No wonder these famous personalities teamed up and celebrated its partnership with Global Citizen for gender equality. Scroll down to check out all the stars that gathered at Central Park to make a difference.
