Now that we’ve gone over some easy, fashionable packing tips, it’s time for the fun part: #ootd inspiration from my European holiday! I’ve got to admit, I probably didn’t dress my sartorial best every single day of the vacay, although I’d regret it later, as I rubbed shoulders with chic Parisians. But that’s not what we’re here for. Let’s concentrate on the good bits, shall we? Starting from Paris to Marseille, and a little bit of Rome… here goes.
1) A Day To Shop
It’s easy to get in and out of, in case you’ve got lots of trial room visits.
2) Café Time
Even the summers get a little drizzly and windy. #MOOD
3) Early Morning Touristing With The Fam Jam
You know those days when you have to wake up at the crack of dawn to get the best view of the Eiffel… or that kinda ish? Throw on some tracks, a hoody, and a scarf tied like this, so you don’t look like a walking zombie, although I still kind of do.
4) Michelin Star Lunching
I love adding an edgy vibe to the most elegant occasion. While the Michelin-star-lunch called for a more formal outfit, doesn’t mean you can’t add some spunk!
5) When In Rome
… keep it easy-chic. They’re not an uptight lot and prefer a laid back, individual style. For a walk around the city, I opted for denims paired with a summer-y top!
6) Just Grillin’ By The Seaside
This one’s a candid shot of me, grilling zucchini by the Mediterranean Sea in Marseille. I can’t think of a more perfect beach outfit. These are all separates with a crop to hidden on the inside… *wink wink.*
7) A Stroll On The Streets
Top knot equals serious business. This outfit had me ready to walk around all day.
8) Work The Multi-Task!
As mentioned in my packing post (linked above), it’s good to pair more than one top with a pair of bottoms.
That’s it for my #OOTD inspiration! Let us know if this inspired you and what you plan to wear on your next #DesiGirlTraveler trip!
