Crop tops have been here for so long, we’ve created a million looks with them. Ok I exaggerated, but the list is really endless. This week, I threw on two different looks and thought I’d share 🙂
PS: You don’t need to be skinny or ripped to rock this look, crop tops look good on all bodies if done right.
The Short Skirt
The best way to wear a daytime-appropriate crop top is with something high-waisted. You can show a sliver of your stomach above your belly button, or if you’re daring, more than a sliver. The point is, it shouldn’t look like you’re headed to the beach. Make sure it looks chic and cool.
The High Waisted Pants
This season it’s time to rev-up your ab workout. Pair your basic midriff with high waisted flared pants and statement earrings to finish your look. I love the nautical vibe these trousers give off.
Fashion Tip: When it comes to showing your midriff, the most important ‘do’ is to be confident. Whether you’re showing an inch of skin or your entire stomach, make sure you look and feel great in what you’re wearing. After all, that’s what matters most, right?
