We’ve all been hearing about brows on fleek, thick runway brows, un-tweezed brows, and so on. But really, I’m in Paris (as my Instagram feed has announced time and again this past week) and they’re way past this whole brow conversation. They’re onto bindis used as moles and LASHES. I’m talking serious runway beauty. And you know what they say about Parisienne style, right? Well, the whole world eventually catches on.
Now, when I say lashes, I don’t just mean your regular doe-eyed lashes or spidery clumps.
