It’s really happening, guys! Just recently we told you how rumours are doing the rounds that Shahid Kapoor is soon going to make his small screen debut with Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and now, it’s official! It was believed that Shahid’s entry will see the exit of Remo D’Souza as judge from the show, but according a report in a leading daily, it is Madhuri Dixit‘s lofty shoes that Shahid needs to fill on the show and the channel only recently sealed the deal. Yay!
However, that doesn’t mean Remo is still retaining his chair. Turns out, choreographer Ganesh Hegde is going to be replacing him on the 8th season of the show. Looks like Karan Johar is the only familiar face we’d see on the show this year.
Interestingly, this means Jhalak is going to have a men-only judge panel now. Hmm. I don’t know how I feel about this yet. Guess we’ll have to wait and watch!
