It’s really sad news for everyone. One of the most loved characters on TV, ‘Baa’ aka Sudha Shivpuri passed away today morning at a hospital in Mumbai. Although the actual cause of death is still unknown, she had been keeping unwell for about a year now after she had suffered a stroke in 2013.
Best known as Baa from Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, she had been avidly involved in a lot of other film and theater projects.
I am personally feeling a sense of loss with her demise because she seemed like the grandmother I never had.
We can only hope she’s in a better place now. RIP
