Writer and director Milap Zaveri is known to voice his opinions on Twitter frequently, which is why he didn’t shy away from criticising Anurag Kashyap for his movie Bombay Velvet. His tweet, though, wasn’t really constructive criticism regarding the movie, but more of a sly tweet to Kashyap. And it seems like he got called out on it by quite a few people, including Huffington Post India’s Entertainment Editor, Suprateek Chatterjee (who also criticised Bombay Velvet in his review):
This war of tweets brought other Tweeters to the yard, and Milap was like ‘I’m better than ya’ll‘. Anyway, Milap defended his tweet and work to his naysayers.
