This is how auditions were conducted in 1951

So a while back, Indian Redditors were discussing a photo spread in Life Magazine which showed how women were auditioned in the 1950’s, needless to say – things were not too comfortable. I know the Indian film industry is still primarily dominated by men, but I really hope that this isn’t the way our actresses have to audition anymore.
