So here’s a piece of information that might just interest you. Kangana Ranaut recently called up her Krrish 3 co-star, Priyanka Chopra, to clarify something. And guess what this conversation was all about? As we all know, both the ladies had delivered impressive performances in Queen and Mary Kom respectively. Naturally, both of them had many accolades coming their way. But a while ago, some reports claimed that Kangana had mentioned how she was “supposed to get all the awards” that PeeCee had bagged this year. However, it seems she was misquoted and these false rumours had left her rather upset. Here’s what Kangana told Hindustan Times:
The question was something else but when it was put out in public, it was joined with a different analogy in some other context. I have no words to describe how distressed and disturbed I have been since that statement came out. She (Priyanka) didn’t answer the call because of the time difference, and I couldn’t sleep all night. When I called her back, I explained everything and she laughed it off. She’s my friend and knows me better than any journalist. And I am a fan of her work. I have the highest regard for Priyanka’s talent. Nothing has changed between us.
