The Screen Actors Guild Awards took place this weekend and we were astounded by how amazing the celebrities looked! Bright, bold lips were clearly trending on the red carpet, but there were also a couple of surprises! Here are some of our favourite looks from that evening, courtesy the stars and the people behind their looks!
1. Emma Stone
Is there any look that Emma Stone can’t pull off? We think not! With a sleek ponytail and matte red lips to match her fiery locks, Emma definitely stole the show.
2. Lupita Nyong’o
The award for the best hairstyle goes to Lupita Nyong’o! Her hair was pulled back into a bun with an intricate crown braid. The detailed cornrows, dewy skin and red lips kept the look fresh and fabulous.
3. Nimrat Kaur
Our very own Indian beauty wowed on the red carpet! Her marsala toned lips and glamorous waves were the definition of elegance.
4. Sophia Bush
We just cannot get over how amazing Sophia Bush looked! Her newly-dyed tresses were styled into tousled retro waves, which complemented her smoky brown eyes and glowing skin. Classic, yet beautiful.
5. Rosamund Pike
The Gone Girl actress looked drop dead gorgeous (excuse our humour)! The textured lob, deep side part and bright orange lips shone on the red carpet!
With their flawless makeup and shiny hair, the stars took beauty to another level. Personally, we can’t wait till the stars step out on the red carpet again.
