Well, the only thing that’s cooking between the two television biggies, Ronit Roy and Sayantani Ghosh, is some hearty Bong food. Yes, that’s right! The Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyar actors are both Bengali. And their Bong connection often leaves the other members on sets slightly exasperated. That’s because when this duo starts bonding over their love for Bengali food, they completely forget everyone around them. It seems the two often converse with each other in their mother tongue in between shots and their chats usually last for hours.
It seems Ronit shares a great equation with Sayantani as both of them have previously worked together in Adaalat. And their fondness for each other has only grown with time. From eating lunch together to cracking up on each other’s jokes – they often share a lot of fun moments on sets. They even bring each other’s favourite dabbas sometimes! Now, isn’t that cute?
Sayantani plays the ‘other woman’ in the life of Ronit’s character, while his on-screen partner is played by Pallavi Kulkarni on the show. Considering this is one of the most popular shows doing rounds on the television front currently, I thought of sharing this ‘mishti’ little piece of information with you guys.
