As much as Dimpy Ganguly‘s voice annoys the hell out of me each time she opens her mouth, you have to give her credit when its due. As you know, Rahul Mahajan is back in the Bigg Boss house where his “outgoing wife” (as he likes to call her) Dimpy already was.
In a country like ours where divorce has such a stigma attached to it, these two, especially Dimpy, are rather cool as they’ve not behaved awkwardly around each other at all. They got married on national television and don’t shy away from talking about their impending divorce on Bigg Boss either. In fact, Rahul also told co-contestant (and mooh-boli behen) Sambhavna Seth that he’s going to be friends with Dimpy forever.
Dimpy was seen talking to Mahek Chahal about her separation with Rahul. She said that she moved to Dubai after their separation as it affected her too much but that she still has a soft corner for him because of all that they’ve been through together. Fair enough, right? Except, I don’t think Rahul is on the same page as her about this.
In tonight’s episode Rahul calls Dimpy a naagin jo dass legi (I can’t even!). When Ali (obviously) goes inside and tells Dimpy that Rahul is calling her names, she comes out and sings him the song:
Jitne bhi tu kar le sitam, hass hasske sahenge hum, yeh pyaar naa hoga kamm… sanam teri kasam.
Uh… What’s cooking here?
Echoing Sana Khan‘s thoughts – will staying together make this couple reunite? We know how well Bigg Boss plays cupid!
Meanwhile, when Sambhavna isn’t telling people she’s going to break their faces (#MainMoohTodDungi), all she seemingly talks about is how Rahul has always claimed that Dimpy has ruined his life in the 4 years they were married and that before coming on the show, Rahul told Sambhavna to reveal details about their unhappy marriage as it wouldn’t look nice if he did it himself.
I’m feeling rather torn about which side to believe as of now. What are your thoughts? Tell me in comments below!
