Akshay Kumar recently spoke about how quite a few youngsters are falling in the trap of unnatural means to build a picture perfect body with six packs et al, when the side effects of such practices are nothing less than lethal. Amongst the young brigade, now Tiger Shroff too has expressed the same concern for those who are not shying away from going for a quick fix solution to get six to eight pack abs in one month flat, when in actuality it is near impossible to change one’s body composition and presentation in such a short duration.
Says a friend of the Heropanti actor:
Tiger believes only in maintaining a strict diet and working out with sheer dedication. He is a pure naturalist. He doesn’t encourage or practice steroids, he wakes up almost at dawn to practice with his team. Then he works out for 4-5 hours every day without fail.
Since Tiger is also trained in martial arts, there is an inherent sense of discipline and focus that has been imbibed in him for last so many years. the friend continues,
It is simple, Tiger believes that fitness is for all and it’s very important that health is looked after first. He is an endorser of good health. Just like Akshay, he too is worried about seeing his fellow colleagues and other youngsters of the same age group taking shortcut to a body beautiful without really putting in hard work and effort to help that develop naturally.
While he is continuing with his fitness regime while getting ready to begin his next film in quicktime, Tiger is often seen guiding people about health and fitness. He adds:
I like to earn things with my own hard work. Ultimately, it is the hard work that counts. I like to earn privileges on my own and for that I stay on to be sincere. Moreover, I don’t have too many friends so there aren’t many parties that I attend. Other than taking care of my fitness with my daily regime, I also don’t smoke or drink. I guess that’s the bare minimum I can do to take care of my own body.
We agree!
