I feel like only celebrities can pull a plunging neckline off. Or someone super confident and tall… and stunning – ok yea, only a celebrity can wear those navel baring necklines like a pro. Somehow they make the outfit look like it belongs and act like the fact that we can see their rib cages its totally no biggie, you know what I mean? Yes, it might look a tad bit on the risqué side, but hey, if you’ve got it, flaunt it. All the celebrities in this list are experts on those plunging necks and if you are going to take it for a test drive, take your style tips from these girls…
1. Blake Lively
You know why Blake Lively is on top of my list right? The Gossip Girl is pregnant and STILL managed to rock a neckline that almost reached down to her swelling belly. How does she do it!?
2. Kim Kardashian
Umm, this post would be obsolete without Kim Kardashian in it. She’s queen of the plunging necklines, why you ask? Well because sometimes she just leaves the neckline out of the outfit completely.
3. Deepika Padukone
Can any other celebrity look this classy in a rib cage baring neck? Nope, that spot is reserved for our favourite Deepika Padukone. It’s either her, or the fact that the dress has a string of pearls on it – everything is classier when there are pearls involved.
4. Jennifer Lopez
I already told you Jennifer Lopez could stop traffic in this number. She’s another celebrity who has mastered the deep neck (or no neck), I mean, do you remember her MTV Video Music Awards Versace dress? Yes, that green one, it has it’s own Wikipedia page for God’s sake!
5. Rihanna
We all know Rihanna would rather go naked all day, every day. Too bad she can’t do it because forget society, even Instagram won’t allow it. So she does the next best thing – she goes with a bare neck. Look, she has a tattoo there too.
6. Jourdan Dunn
Model Jourdan Dunn wore this to the MTV Euro Music Awards last weekend. I absolutely LOVE that dress and if any of these could actually be worn, it would be this one – with a normal bikini top inside obviously. I’m not sure what purpose Jourdan’s cloth strap serves.
7. Lisa Haydon
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, this Lisa Haydon can pull of anything you throw at her – she looks THAT good!

Definitely one of Jennifer Lawrence‘s most risqué looks, she wore the hottest tuxedo we’ve ever seen and completely knocked it out of the park.
9. Miley Cyrus
Possibly the only celebrity in this list who might not have done it too well but we still applaud her efforts. Miley Cyrus is still the baddest b*tch in Hollywood and who else can wear Tupac and get away with it?
10. Kangana Ranaut
Kangana Ranaut in this Herve Leger number is smokin’! Enough said. By far one of my favourites of all her looks.
