We’re always on the look out for the best street style influences for you! Between digging out the coolest style tips and finding the best shopping spots, we on BandraRoad spotted a few bad-ass girls on the go, sporting their own indie style. Take a look!
Divyanka Bedi
I thought I’d start with a familiar name. She’s the bad-ass graphic designer/rock climber from Team MissMalini and we sure have a style crush on her. ‘Gigi’, as she’s lovingly called, was sporting a braided faux-hawk with her cool, colour-blocked look.
Djitisha Bhosle-Butala
Working girl and tres chic mama, Djitisha Bhosle-Butala has an obsessive love affair with clothes. When I bumped into her at Smashh The Salon and was so stoked, she was thrilled to strike a pose for BandraRoad! She reads all our blogs and we’re so happy we have her here!
P.s. We’re really loving her 70’s inspired look and those sunglasses are to die for!
Sangeeta Motiani
We’ve learnt one thing about Sangeeta Motiani: She loves her dresses and has an abundant flow of them. The shy girl was reluctant at first, but still managed to give us a pose. We just had to document her cool, casual style with her lush flowing hair and that cute printed sun-dress. Understated street style at it’s best!
Sonam
Sonam is a hairstylist at
B
Blunt, Khar. Her style is strong with shades of androgynous spunk. In the picture, she rocked her curly graduated short crop with a basic white tee and a short pencil skirt in black. A leather wristband and a pair of transparent rain-boots that showed of her candy striped socks added a stylish finishing touch to her monochromatic look.
Shefali Shetty
Shefali Shetty is the Salon Director at
B
Blunt, Khar. Like Sonam, Shefali too loves her short cropped hair and works it like a boss! We spotted her entering the salon with a big smile and absolutely had to corner her for a picture. She was wearing a cropped camel toned jacket by a designer friend, Wafisha, and styled it with an all black-on-black look.
