Every once in a while, like the return of a comet, we witness brilliance at fashion week. This season at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week SS’15, Rajesh Pratap Singh was that comet. The designer’s spring summer 2015 collection called ‘Blue Blood’ presented his love for denim in its purest form. Indigo and hand-loom khadi denim in clean shapes and styled so simply that there wasn’t a thing we would have changed.

To say that the show was amazing would be an understatement. Minutes after the show, fashion editors, stylists, fashion students and the rest present walked out of the main show area in complete awe of the brilliance they just witnessed. The menswear and womenswear in the show were both at power with each other and presented to perfection by fashion consultant and stylist for the show, Gautam Kalra. Rajesh Pratap Singh is one of the most precious names in our fashion industry. And this show just emphasised why we respect him so much.
