Monday.. not the most exciting day of the week.. However, today’s an exception. Google kicked away my Monday blues with a smiley faced Kishore Kumar greeting me on their homepage.
In honour of his 85th birthday, Google India has changed its logo to a old school, Bollywood-poster-esque illustration of Kishore Da. The four corners of this illustration salute his infinite talents. Besides being one of India’s greatest playback singers, Kishore Da was also an actor, composer, writer, lyricist, producer and director.
We love what we see, however at MissMalini.com, we have our own little tribute to him. Kishore Da, you will always be on top in our IPods! Happy Birthday! Xoxo
