Ha! And you thought Instagram was the ‘in thing’. Well, the celluloid world never fades, does it? Wondering what I am talking about? While many of our B-Town celebrities have been bitten by the selfie bug, Bebo has taken this to another level completely! Kareena Kapoor has set a new wave on screen by clicking a selfie in her upcoming film, Singham Returns.
Well, it seems that for one particular scene in the film, the gorgeous Kareena is supposed to have been sitting with a restaurant owner talking nineteen to a dozen and chatting away to glory, matching completely with her reel life character. She did just that; and while the cameras were rolling, she comes up with this impromptu dialogue where she tells the restaurant owner to click a selfie. It was just so natural and so keeping in with the youth of today that Rohit decided to incorporate this in the film too!
A source close to Rohit Shetty confirmed and said, “Yes! It was totally impromptu of Kareena initiating to click a selfie, it was a jovial conversation which the two of them have in the film and Kareena just improvised it by clicking the selfie and has made the scene look even much better, to know more you will have to wait for the film!
The lion is all set to roar as Singham Returns releases this Independence Day, 15th August, and is co-produced by Ajay Devgan Films, Rohit Shetty Productions and Reliance Entertainment.
