Any of you managed to watch O Teri this weekend? The film really has not done well at all, clocking in low box office figures and getting panned by critics alike. I am told that Salman Khan, is understandably upset. Actually, as it turns out, Salman wasn’t too happy with the final cut of the film and had even suggested that his brother-in-law, Atul Agnihotri, make some changes. However, Atul went ahead with his own judgement and released the film without taking Salman’s advice. Uh-oh!
To make up for it, Atul now plans on focusing on the sequel to Bodyguard with Salman, in the hopes that that can cover up for the loss of O Teri. That’s better than the alternative – which is a sequel to O Teri! Yup, there was a plan to make part two of this film with the same cast, but the response it received has made the producers rethink their decision. Now, Camp Salman is currently in damage control mode, since both his last films as an actor and producer – Jai Ho and O Teri – failed to create any magic at the box office.
