Bombay foodies rejoice! The peeps at Small Fry Co. sure know how to eat their way through life and this time they’re back with two awesome pop-ups lined up for all you gastronomists. Here are the deets –
Bombay Local at 1/29 Gallery and Studio:
This is the first time they are opening a pop-up in South Bombay. You will witness bakers, home chefs, confectioners, drink teas, coffee, eat burgers, pies, tarts, live food stations, wine and fresh produce being used to curate special goodies for the locals. Psst! They have promised us the best hot chocolate in town! Yay!
WHEN? SATURDAY, 25TH JANUARY, 2014.
WHAT TIME? 3PM – 8PM
WHERE? 1/29 STUDIO, KAMAL MANSION, LEVEL TWO, ARTHUR BUNDER ROAD, COLABA, MUMBAI.
Some of the participating chefs include – Between Breads, The Pantry, Love and Cheesecake, Life Ki Recipe, Raw Pressery, Terra Farms, Good Juicery, Bawi Bride, Sugar Overdose and Ashey’s. You can have some delicious wine by Fratelli and shop some fun things by Beyond Ordinary.
The Tea Party at Sanctum:
This year for Republic Day, you and your friends can attend a real Tea Party! Remember the fun evening we spent with Tea Sommelier and founder of Tea Trunk, Snigdha Manchanda last year? She is launching a new Saffron Kawa at Small Fry Co.’s Tea Party. Also look out for home bakes by Knead with Love, cookies by House of Cookies and lots of yummie savory experiments by Amrita Rana of Life Ki Recipe. Once you feel stuffed with all the good food you’ve had, you can shop for some pretty things for your home at Sanctum.
