Ooh, this is going to be one hell of a good episode of Comedy Nights With Kapil! Salman Khan has already shot for one episode of the show, along with director/producer Sohail Khan and co-star Daisy Shah, to promote the upcoming Jai Ho. Salman is appearing on the show for the first time, and if the pictures are anything to go by, he had a blast. I mean, we have a great (and huge) set of photos from his shoot for the episode, and while looking through it we couldn’t help but notice that Salman Khan was being very Salman Khan on the show, in a way that only Salman Khan can pull off! Don’t know what we mean? Take a look:
1) Wearing a Being Human tshirt
Salman Khan and Being Human tshirts are like a joint package these days. I am literally imagining this huge room in his house that’s meant to store only his Being Human tshirts, in every colour and design ever made. This is one of the nicer designs, even with the questionable grammar.
2) Shaking his belt
You know how it is – wherever Salman goes, he has to shake a leg. Or more specifically, his belt. No one will ever let him go without doing a dance move, and it seems like the Dabangg move is his step of choice, because he’s always seen doing that one.
When he’s not doing the belt move, he’s dancing in a manner that can only be described as ‘typical Salman Khan’. He may not be the most technically great dancer, but for better or worse, he has a very distinct style of dancing that no one else can really emulate. Although, they will try. Boy, will they try:
3) Lying on a couch
I don’t know why, but this has suddenly become Salman’s thing. He did it on Karan Johar‘s couch, and now he’s doing it on Kapil Sharma’s as well. And when there’s no couch in sight, he just does it on the floor:
(If your brain went in wrong places while reading that statement above, then shame on you. Also, we’d probably make really good friends. Hi.)
4) Flexing his muscles
Obviously, it’s his thing. He started off by taking off his shirts, but I guess now that he’s made it a point to promote Being Human, it would be counter-productive to do so. Now he just flexes his muscles in different ways instead – under the guise of stretching?
5) Grinning ‘that’ grin
Salman has a serious face most of the time, but when he grins, it’s a really goofy one! We’ve seen it on him a number of times before, and he let it shine during this episode as well. Check out his previous instances:
6) Bringing out the childish side in him
Along with that grin, Salman also has this major laugh that he brings out on certain occasions. We’re inclined to think some of it is for the cameras, but the fact remains that his fans love it when he lets loose that way. I gotta say, he really let loose on this show:
Other than that, there’s the prankster bit of him that comes out especially with the Hum Aapke Hain Kaun classic move. You know, this one:
7) Being a ladies’ man
He’s got a huge female fan base, so it would be difficult for Salman to make any form of public appearance without women flocking to him. Even on this episode, you can see that he had a number of ladies around him:
8) Being every child’s hero
If he’s popular with the ladies, he’s even more popular with the kids. And since “being human” is his thing, he has always had a soft side for children. His foundation helps out kids in need, and he himself often lends support for events that help children.
9) Being expressive
If you’ve watched Salman’s episodes of Bigg Boss regularly, you would have notice the number of expressions that cross his face throughout that hour. Here, too, our photographer captured the sheer variety of faces he made:
10) Just being Salman
There’s no way to explain this except that it’s an inherent Salman Khan attitude. That ‘I can get away with anything’ attitude. He already took small digs at Karan Johar on his own show, and now, on this one, he’s lounging around on the floor and stretching like he owns the place. All while being broadcast on national television. Who else could comfortably do something like that?
