On December 14th a whole lot of Mumbaikars will be flocking their way to Vikhroli to witness a pop-up event that will house art, fashion, technology, live performances, food and a lot of fun things to do, make sure you join them! Go ahead and add this to your calendar and make it a fun day out with your family, friends or just by yourself! Here’s what you can look forward to at the pop-up:
1. The Brahma 3
The Brahma 3 is India’s first intrinsic 3-D printer. They have also stalked up some more futuristic gadgets like gesture controlled prisms that you can go and play with. So #geekchic!
2. Art
They will be showcasing Mumbai’s largest 3D mural, 50 foot sculptures and some amazing motion-based video art.
3. Fashion
There will be a fashion show with some quirky collections by Indian designers and we hear that India’s largest handbag will be on display.
4. Live Performances
Expect a lot of young talent – from poetry to sufi music – to be performing in front of the live audience. The band Pais and the Petticoats will be there too.
5. Craft and Interactive Sessions
If you are planning to go with kids, they also have a lot of fun craftsy things like mehendi art, soap making, how to make washing machine lassi, playing human chess, post-card making project, tea ceremony, pledge for pizza, golas, balloons and lots lots more!
