Did you hear? It seems like Malang from Dhoom-3, a song featuring Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif, will be the most expensive song in Bollywood. We hear the budget for this song was over 5 crores, and when you consider what all they’ve done for this song, you can understand why the budget was that massive. Apparently, 200 professional dancers were brought in from the US to spend 20 days in Mumbai learning and shooting for the song. The set, too, was a massive and elaborate one that took around two months to construct at the Reliance studios.
If, however, you were looking forward to checking out this song soon, you’re out of luck. The Dhoom-3 team has decided that they won’t be releasing videos of the songs before the film’s release. The only one that they planned on releasing was Katrina’s Dhoom Machale title track, but after that, only 30-second teasers will be released. This is just to give an audience the feel of the song and setting, but everything else will be kept under wraps; you won’t even see the song videos on television.
Yet again, Dhoom-3 is thriving on the mystery that they’ve created by keeping everything hush-hush.
