Kabir Khan‘s Phantom just completed their first schedule in Beirut a couple of days ago, marking the third time that Kabir will be working with Katrina Kaif after Ek Tha Tiger and New York. Despite how good she looks in these behind the scenes photos, it seems that Katrina was a bit ill during the shooting of the film – she was just recovering from the viral flu, and according to her PR reps, the extremely hot weather in Beirut made it difficult for her and the rest of the crew to shoot.
As per a press release from Katrina’s PR reps, the actress braved it out when she had to shoot in the “unbearably hot weather in Lebanon at this time of the year” but decided to continue despite that. Apparently, she didn’t want to inconvenience the rest of the crew, since everyone wanted to return to the city for Diwali celebrations.
Strangely enough, though, Kabir Khan took to Twitter to rubbish the reports that then surfaced as a result of this press release, saying that it’s actually going to begin snowing soon – so it seems like “scorching hot weather” is out of the question. We checked, too:
Not too hot in the month of October, no? So what’s the real story?
