The most recent R… Rajkumar promo promises some more dirty dancing from the star in the upcoming song, Gandi Baat. While the song isn’t out yet, the makers have released a short teaser featuring Shahid and Sonakshi Sinha. Have a look!
On that note, since the song’s title is Gandi Baat, I have to take the opportunity to share this funny moment (henceforth known as the “gandi baat” moment) that happened when we were interviewing Shahid for Phata Poster Nikhla Hero. While our resident photobug Khyati Gandhi and I were waiting for our turn to speak to him, we couldn’t help but overhear the conversation he was having with another interviewer. That guy was talking about Agal Bagal from PPNH, which was fondly referred to as the “doggie song” thanks to that one particular step, but the interviewer misspoke so the conversation went as such:
Interviewer: The songs are doing very well, everyone’s liking it… the girls are really liking doggie style.
Shahid: [starts to answer then pauses] The girls are really liking doggie style?
Khyati and I couldn’t help but burst out laughing, which of course he caught. Poor thing, I don’t think that interviewer even realised what he said. 🙂
