What I like most about designer Rajdeep Ranawat’s lookbook for his spring/summer 2014 collection is the fact that he has shot the pictures at stunning locations in the Nubra Valley in Leh-Ladakh. The designer and his team travelled all the way to the interiors of the untouched valley to shoot his clothes against the breathtaking backdrop of the multi faceted terrain which includes mountain ranges, canyons, sand dunes and rivers.
The new line which will be previewed at the upcoming Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week is inspired by the Rococo era. It is defined by ornate and strong usage of creamy, pastel-like colors, asymmetrical designs, sexy curves and gold interlaced with tropical elements.
