Now here’s a pairing we’d love to see! Pallavi Sharda is Ranbir Kapoor‘s co-star in Besharam, and even though that film is not out yet, she’s just bagged another alongside Ayushmann Khurrana. The duo will be working together in a period film directed by debutante Vibhu Puri, who has previously assisted Sanjay Leela Bhansali on his films. Apparently, it’s a pre-Independence film and Ayushmann will be playing a British boy while Pallavi will play a Maharashtrian girl.
Producer Guneet Monga says:
“We have Pallavi and Ayushmann on board for a period love story. It is not based on any real life characters, it is a fictitious story. The film will go on floors in a couple of months. It will be shot in Mumbai.”
