Model and actress Lisa Haydon cut a lovely figure in a blush lehenga, long sleeve choli, and net dupatta, as she glided down Lakme Fashion Week ramp for veteran designer Payal Singhal.
Known for her Indo-western silhouettes, Payal sent out a number of monochrome ensembles inspired by Char Bagh (four gardens).
For those who don’t know, Char Bagh are Persian-style garden layouts known for their architecture, where the quadrilateral garden is divided by walkways or flowing water into four smaller parts. Payal successfully transferred this inspiration onto her garments in the form of bold graphic prints and delicate floral embroidery.
What loved the flashes of gold on kurtas, and piece that really stood out was a jumpsuit with gold detailing.
