With Lakme Fashion Week kicking off the Winter/Festive season in a few days, there’s been frenetic activity at the venue with all the designers and models huddled in groups for final fittings.
There is a palpable excitement in the air as stylists Aki Nirula and Gautam Kalra, along with choreographers Lubna Adams and Anu Ahuja, scrutinize each and every garment and accessory before it makes it’s final debut on stage.
A nip here, a tuck there; the lengthening of a hem here, and the tightening of a bodice there. Now you see some of the behind-the-scenes hard work that goes into a big fashion show!
