Dedh Ishqiya, the sequel to critically acclaimed Ishqiya, was all set for release this year on December 13th. However, now word is pouring in that the film’s release date has been shifted on Sajid Nadiadwala‘s request.

In order to avoid a clash, Nadiadwala met with Dedh Ishqiya director Vishal Bharadwaj and asked if he would consider shifting the release date of his film. Bharadwaj agreed, and so now Dedh Ishqiya will release on January 31st, 2014.
