For the first look launch of the Marathi film Sarpanch Bhagirath, actor Riteish Deshmukh – who was the guest of honour – dressed up uncannily like his politician father used to.
Riteish wore a bandghala waistcoat over a shirt and trousers which was reminiscent of Vilasrao Deshmukh’s savvy style.
In fact Riteish has sported this three-piece ensemble look in the past as well – at Kangana Ranaut’s birthday party and at a Bollywood wedding.
However, my favourite is this more colourful ensemble which Riteish wore on the sets of the dance reality show of which, he is a judge. I love the purple waistcoat which is far more fashion-forward than the other bland versions he’s been spotted in.
