One of the hazards of doing your own stunts in a film is the strong possibility of getting hurt or injured by accident. And that’s exactly what happened to chocolate boy Imran Khan on the sets of Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobara.
While shooting a fight sequence for the film, Imran suffered a bad neck injury. But instead of asking for a break, he continued to shoot.
Says director Milan Luthria, “We were shooting a scene where Imran had to fall and tumble three-four times on the pavement and roads. No matter how you do it, it’s going to hurt. It was only two-three days after shooting the scene that Sonakshi Sinha mentioned that Imran was in a lot of pain. That’s when I realised that he was trying his best to hide it.”
Now can we refer to Imran as Mr. Perfectionist, as well? Tee hee!
