In an age where photoshop rules beauty campaigns, Brown’s philosophy is rather simple. She believes make-up is an empowering tool. You don’t need complicated tools to create a flawless face. Just the basics – primer and a touch of concealer. Even her make-up brushes have their specifics mentioned on them – no complicated numbers.

So imagine my excitement when I heard that I was privy to meet Eliano Bou Assi – Manager of Education for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.
