Few Indian actresses wear nose-rings on a regular basis since most of them enjoy sporting an international or western look. Recently Sonam Kapoor and Vidya Balan made a statement by wearing the nath at the Cannes Film Festival but the reactions were rather mixed about their fashion statement.
Now, Sonakshi Sinha will be seen sporting a pretty floral-shaped nose-stud in Lootera and if you remember, she wore a nose-ring in Dabangg and Dabangg-2 as well.

Says Sonakshi, “I had my nose pierced at the age of sixteen. I have worn a nose ornament right from my first film and keep altering from a nose ring to a stud. In Lootera, I have used a very traditional Bengali-looking nose stud in the shape of a flower. It’s a hassle-free accessory and is also the mark of an Indian woman.”
Do you think the nose accessory will become a big fashion statement any time soon?
