The Rangsharda Auditorium in Mumbai was alive with the sound of music over the weekend where a number of Bollywood stars came out to support a concert to raise awareness about the ills of smoking for World No Tobacco Day.
Vishal Dadlani, Saleem and Sulaiman Merchant, Mahalaxmi Iyer, Neha Bhasin, Shilpa Rao and Shweta Pandit were a few of the artists who performed live while actors Raveena Tandon, Neetu Chandra, Vivek Oberoi and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt lent their support by giving out awards on stage.
Said Raveena Tandon at the event, “Even though I have many friends who smoke, I have never been a smoker and I have never even been influenced by them, into taking up smoking!”
