How awesome is this?! Shazam has created a fashion ID App that could eventually let you identify the outfit on a celebrity with one bodacious click!
The tech gurus behind the app are keeping it stylish…
“We have the ability to identify the product in a TV show so that when somebody Shazams it, they could find out where a presenter’s dress is from in one click,” CEO Andrew Fisher
Why? Well obviously because we WANT (even need) to know what all the beautiful people are wearing and we want to know NOW.
This fashion-tracker is part of a wider merchandising ploy from Shazam, we’re talking TV shows, trivia, music the whole shebang (or rather shazam.
PS. I discovered a funky little fact today, did you know ASOS.com stands for As Seen On Screen? That was Nick Robertson’s brainwave to sell quickly-made copies of outfits spotted on celebrity starlets.
