Kishore DF is a name to reckon with on the restaurant circuit in Mumbai. He’s the man behind such famous places as WTF!, Seijo, Lemon Grass and The Big Nasty. And if all these fun hang-out venues with great food and economically priced drinks were not enough, the weekend saw him throw open the doors to yet another hang-out called Loca Loca (which means “crazy crazy”), a fresh new Cuban-style bar in Khar, Mumbai.
