Nothing is more irritating than your hair flying loose. A simple tight braid will keep those strays from distracting you while working out.

Why limit your work-out garb to drab grey and and black ensembles? Try combining your tracks with a fun neon t-shirt and colourful sneakers. Also, wearing bright colours tends to make you happy, so working out may not seem like such a chore.
3) Carry a Stylish Handbag
Duffel bags are for boys. To be really stylish, carry a large tote bag with the bare essentials… preferably in a punchy colour.
