face, but all that does take a toll on your hair and skin. The colour tends to stick to your skin, while hair follicles can get damaged owing to the chemical compounds. But there are a few tricks that you can do to protect yourself.

1) Apply liberal amounts of olive or coconut oil in your hair.

2)Apply sunscreen an hour or two before you play.

3) Apply a thick layer of moisturizer or olive/coconut oil to prevent colour from latching on to your skin.

4) Apply Vaseline on your lips to keep them protected and hydrated.

5) Apply clear nail polish on your finger & toenails.

6) Only use certified non-toxic colours.

Have a happy and safe Holi!
