Fashion Week is always a stressful time for designers. To create a collection from scratch is no easy task! We decided to meet up with Nikhil Thampi at his workshop to give you a fly on the wall perspective on how his LFW collection was shaping up.

Something Fishy?
Nikhil’s collection is his first ever cruise collection. He has been inspired by the works of Richard Artschwager who is known for his abstract, conceptual work. We spied a lot of garments in white, black and a sunny yellow. We’re also quite intrigued with the fish print.
I’ll be reporting first hand on his line that hits the runway today at 1:30 pm. Watch this space!
