Close on the heels of the release of his latest film, I, Me Aur Mein, actor John Abraham has suddenly come out of his self-imposed exile and has been spotted out and about in Mumbai at various functions, almost every day.
Early yesterday morning, John was seen at the 5th edition of the Lavasa Women’s Drive where he flagged off the first car with Praachi Desai and Devieka Bhojwani -Vice-President, Women’s Cancer Initiative, Tata Memorial Hospital.
The rally, which is in its fifth year, is in support of creating awareness about early detection for women’s cancers.
Clearly, working to promote social causes is top priority on John’s list because barely a few days ago, he was spotted along with Rahul Bose, promoting the latter’s NGO, The Foundation which helps children in need.
But the gossips have it that John was too sick to do even an email interview with a glossy mag last week. Yet, he seemed fit enough to flag off the charity drive and support Rahul Bose’s charity too.
So here’s the question: Is John turning a new leaf and focusing on good causes over and above his OWN career and health?
Must be Priya Runchal’s influence we think! What’s your opinion?
