I’ve a good feeling great things are on the way for Emraan Hashmi, and I suppose it’s to do with him bagging a role at the Oscar-winning Bosnian director Danis Tanović’s next film. To mark this team-up Tanović invited Emraan and his wife to the premiere of his film, An Episode in the Life of an Iron Picker, during the 63rd Berlinale International Film Festival. And, we’ve the pics for you!

On first glance, I was well impressed with what Emraan was wearing, and then I saw the close-up of his jacket, and came crashing down: he was wearing an unstructured blazer, which is just not formal enough for the red carpet.
But I’ve no such complaints with his get-up the next day, for the premiere of Dark Blood, River Phoenix’s unfinished swan song. THIS is more like it, Mr Hashmi!
