Whereever Sherlyn Chopra is, you can expect some hungama and high drama to happen and if reports are anything to go by, the Playboy model got caught up in a stampede by over-enthusiastic fans and the media at an event in Mumbai, last afternoon.
Sherlyn was called upon to promote the sterilisation of dogs by PeTA (People for Ethical Treatment of Animals) and was accompanied by two people dressed as condoms. They carried a heart-shaped poster which read: “Sterilise dogs. They can’t use condoms!”
Of course, given the number of stray dogs running loose on Mumbai’s roads, we think the campaign is admirable. However, things got hot-under-the-collar when the crowds suddenly began to close-in on Sherlyn and her dog, Bob Chopra. This led to a stampede (almost) and Sherlyn had to be whisked away to safety.
