Anupama Dayal is known for her bohemian clothes and punchy colours will showcase an exhibit at the India Design Forum. The event is set to take place on 15th of February and we’ve chanced upon a sketch and her mood board of her installation.
The message the designer wanted to convey is – Going global but still retaining the local aspect of their brand. The tree is a symbol of their organic philosophy. The fabric draped around the branches has an ancient printing technique applied onto it. That’s not all, the gypsy trims have been made by a women’s empowerment agency run by the designer.
What do you think of the installation?
