I’ve been dying to blog about this ever since I got back, but time has unfortunately not been on my side. So finally, here goes (better late than never and so very beautiful none the less!) I present to you, the newlyweds: Sujal Shah (Co-Founder FREECULTR) and Surelee Joseph (a model who’s all heart!) Now check out my pictures and let them teleport you back to beach wedding bliss 🙂
Their cute welcome tin contained some beach essentials and a super soft FREECULTR shawl (available in a variety of colours!)
The rehearsal dinner was at my favorite Greek restaurant Thalassa. I must confess, I was too busy playing KINGS (how-to-play blog coming soon) to eat, but everyone else was raving about the food!
Sujal and Surelee exchanged vows on the beach after their big fat Indian wedding in Ahmedabad last month 🙂 it was beautiful and so very them.
Look! I even got to be a bridesmaid (yay!) and Junelia Aguiar made me my pretty blue dress!
Surelee wore a stunning white wedding gown by James Ferreira…
Aren’t those anklets cute? Surelee got them for all her bridesmaids to wear since it was a barefoot wedding 🙂
Oh the memories!!! Watching the sunset on Morjim Beach we then proceeded to dance the night away at La Cabana, Gangam Style!
Psst! Remember Paul & Caoilinn McGlade? I was at their wedding in Goa too and they hosted mine and now they have an adorable baby boy Luca 🙂
One of the reasons I love destination weddings is because you get to spend a good few days together bonding with the bride and grooms friends (and I made a ton playing drinking games!) PLUS you get to have breakfast with the newlyweds at Leela Cottages the next morning 🙂
…And then dance up a storm on the beach at their all-day shack party (word up Shiva Palace!)
Oh! And La Plage is open after renovations, we went there for dinner on our last night and discovered a delightful new addition to their menu – the Chocolate Thali and some absolutely to-die-for grilled mussels (Best. Recommendation. Ever. Gautam Kalra, thank you!)
*sigh* goodbye Goa, we’ll be back and I miss you already and Sujal & Surelee… I LOVE YOU GUYS! 🙂 xoxo
