Wow do you know how old this gharara is? It’s apparently 73! Originally worn by Sharmila Tagore’s mother-in-law, it was restored by Ritu Kumar and embellished by Manish Malhtora to bring it back to life from 1939. Sharmila Tagore wore it at her own nikaah as well, how cool is that?
