I must admit, Delhi girls (or at least the ladies who “lunch”) know how to dress. Everyone at the Fiama Fabulous Hair Show was dressed to the nines*. Take a look…

LOVE this Zara jumpsuit Ambika Anand is wearing, super fun and chic at the same time. Also something to look forward to on the Spring 2013 runway at Delhi Fashion Week is Ranna Gill’s show, she wore a super cute dress from that collection herself.

I love Shantanu & Nikhil and I’m now super J that the Mrs. has access to the full line, any ‘ol time!

Two people who I thought were impeccably styled were Nandina Bhalla, in a gorgeous peplum number (so on trend!) and Namrata Joshipura (also showing at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week) who accessorised a simple outfit so cleverly! Can you guess where here funky necklaces are from?

And of course Bombay, needless to say, always represents! Sapna Bhavnani looked lovely in a creation by Kallol Datta who she called her “cutie designer” 🙂

Learn Something: dressed to the nines means – dressed flamboyantly or smartly. Where does it come from? Some say it’s a reference to the nine Muses of Greek mythology, while others claim it’s because nine is the highest single-digit number, it symbolizes the best or perfection. I’ve also heard some people speculate that the saying is related to the nine yards of fabric needed to make a suit! xoxo
