Last week, we told you about Taaha Shah, the new Bollywood boy to watch out for. What we recently discovered is that the beefy young lad is a hardcore fitness fan and despite a rigorous workout and diet routine, he is also trained in Parkour.
According to Taaha, “Parkour ensures a high fitness level and requires rigorous training and discipline and I work really hard at it.”
That explains those crisp abs, then!
