Actor Paresh Rawal promoted his film, OMG Oh My God on television by bringing as a present, an idol of Lord Ganesha to the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.
The residents of Gokuldham (the fictitious community the characters reside in) were very happy and prayed to Ganesha to eradicate inflation and to make life easier for the common man.
